Silver and Turquoise Locket Tibetan lockets or prayer boxes open from the rear to contain a treasure or prayer. This locket features a large half-round piece of polished turquoise in the sea-green shade treasured by Tibetans and found only in Tibet. A smaller stone of the same shade is below, set in very nicely worked silver. The rear is plain. There is a loop at the top for hanging from a chain or bracelet (not included). 1.75 x 2 inches, by 1.25 inch deep. |
